1 Getting Started
Click "Get Started" on any page and fill in your email address. Verify your email, complete the identity check (takes 2–5 minutes), and your account is ready. You can use a demo account with $10,000 virtual balance immediately while KYC is pending.
The minimum deposit to activate a live trading account is $100. Demo accounts are free with no deposit required. There is no maximum deposit limit.
Yes. Every new account comes with a free demo account loaded with $10,000 in virtual funds. You can practice trading any of our 1,000+ CFD instruments with zero risk until you're ready to go live.
SpotChain Digital is available to traders in 50+ countries. Some jurisdictions have restrictions due to local regulations. During registration, the system will notify you if your country is currently unsupported.
Most identity verifications are completed automatically within minutes. In some cases, a manual review may be required which takes 1–24 hours. You'll receive an email notification the moment your account is approved.
2 Trading & CFDs
A Contract for Difference (CFD) is a financial instrument that lets you speculate on the price movement of an asset — without owning it. You profit if the market moves in your predicted direction. CFDs allow you to trade both rising (long) and falling (short) markets, and use leverage to amplify your position size.
We offer CFDs on 1,000+ instruments: 50+ cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL…), 1,000+ stock CFDs from major global exchanges (AAPL, TSLA, NVDA…), 40+ forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/JPY…), commodities (Gold, Oil, Silver), and major indices.
Leverage varies by instrument category. Crypto CFDs: up to 1:20. Stock CFDs: up to 1:10. Forex majors: up to 1:500. Indices: up to 1:200. You can set your preferred leverage per trade. Higher leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses.
The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) price and sell (bid) price. Our spreads start from 0.8 pips on EUR/USD. The tighter the spread, the lower your entry cost on every trade. We do not charge commission on most instruments — the spread is your only cost.
Yes. Both stop-loss and take-profit orders can be set when you open a trade or added/modified at any time on an open position. We also offer guaranteed stop-loss orders (small premium applies) that execute at exactly your specified price, even in gapping markets.
If your account equity falls below the required margin maintenance level, you will receive a margin call notification. If the equity continues to fall to the stop-out level, positions will be automatically closed to prevent your account from going into negative balance.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT). Deposits are processed instantly for cards and crypto, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Card refunds take 3–5 business days. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours once confirmed.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transfer charges — check with your provider. Cryptocurrency withdrawals include standard blockchain network fees which vary by network congestion.
The minimum withdrawal is $50. There is no maximum — you can withdraw your full account balance at any time, provided there are no open positions with required margin.
4 Security & Safety
All client funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banking institutions — completely separate from SpotChain Digital's operating funds. In the event of company insolvency, client funds cannot be used to satisfy company creditors.
256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator app or SMS, biometric login on mobile, IP-based access controls, and real-time fraud monitoring. Crypto assets are stored in offline cold wallets with multi-signature access.
Go to My Account → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy, enter the 6-digit code to confirm, and 2FA is active. You'll need the code for every login and withdrawal request.

5 Platform & Tools
Our platform is powered by TradingView charts with 100+ technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci, etc.), 15+ chart types, multi-timeframe views from 1-minute to monthly, drawing tools, and the ability to save and share custom layouts.
Yes. Our mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It includes the full trading terminal, real-time price alerts, biometric login, position management, and seamless sync with your desktop account. Positions opened on mobile are immediately visible on desktop and vice versa.
We support API-based automated trading for advanced users. Contact our support team to request API access. Third-party expert advisors (EAs) via MT4/MT5 are not currently supported on the native platform, but API integration covers most automated strategy needs.
On any instrument page, click the bell icon next to the price. Set your target price, direction, and notification method (push, email, or SMS). Alerts are active even when the app is closed. You can manage all alerts from My Account → Alerts.
